Denali Scenery

September 4. Although our Denali wilderness bus tour was primarily to see wildlife, which we did in abundance, there was also spectacular scenary along the way. I decided to share a bit of my photos of this amazing park in this post.

There were spectacular river valleys at seemingly every turn:

Some of the mountains were topped by snow:

Polychrome Pass had amazing colors:

There were rugged mountains jutting above the tundra all over:

And Denaili, The High One, made an appearance about 30 miles away:

Much of the wilderness we saw was tundra. It would be amazing, but a little scary, to backpack in this park.
